Beaufort County daytime road resurfacing continues, weather and schedule permitting. Beginning Monday, road work will be done from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Beaufort and Bluffton.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday, August 17

• Peytons Way
• Chloes Way
• Katelyns Way
• Westbury Ct (NOTE: will be closed for the entire week of August 17-21)

Tuesday, August 18

• Reeds Rd.
• Westbury Ct (NOTE: will be closed for the entire week of August 17-21)

Wednesday, August 19

• Salt Marsh Cove
• Westbury Ct (NOTE: will be closed for the entire week of August 17-21)

Thursday, August 20

• Partridge Woods Rd.
• Partridge Cir.

  • PLEASE NOTE: During paving operations, the traffic pattern of Partridge Cir. may be reversed to allow residents to travel.

Friday, August 21

• Partridge Woods Rd.
• Partridge Cir.

• Sherwood Ln. (If schedule permits)

These resurfacing operations are funded by the Beaufort County Transportation Committee.

During construction, lane closures, road cones and signage will be visible to direct traffic safely. Motorists and residents should be prepared for lane closures and are encouraged to use extra caution when approaching work zones.
